Why This Course
Senior leaders spend a significant proportion of their time managing relationships with stakeholders whose interests often conflict. This course moves beyond relationship management theory to build the practical capability to map complex stakeholder landscapes, prioritize engagement, navigate government relations, build coalitions and advocate effectively for institutional interests. Through scenario-based exercises, participants will practise engaging stakeholders whose cooperation they need but cannot compel.
