Dr. Etse Sikanku, Political communication expert and lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Journalism and  Multimedia journalist Winston Amoah will be the guest speakers at this week’s  PHD webinar organized by the School of Information  and Communication Studies, University  of Ghana.
They will be speaking on the theme,  “Contentious issues relating to elections in Ghana and the U.S.”
