The School of Information and Communication Studies organises a grant writing workshop for faculty

The School of Information and Communication Studies organised a Grant Writing Workshop for its faculty members. It was a one day workshop which was facilitated by the Dean of the School of Information and Communication Studies, Professor Akosua Keseboa Darkwah with the assistance of the immediate past Dean, Professor Audrey S. Gadzekpo. This workshop was part of Professor Darkwah’s commitment to support the career development goals of the junior faculty and enhance the quality of the research output of the School.

The workshop was attended by fifteen faculty members of both the Department of Communication Studies and Department of Information Studies including their respective Heads of Departments.  There were two parts to the workshop.  The first part focused on tips to improve the quality of proposals developed by faculty members in the School.  In the second part, the faculty members discussed three interdisciplinary projects in the field of Digital Humanities that will be developed in the School over the coming year.
