New Provost of the College of Education Meets with Faculty Members of School of Information and Communication Studies

On August 10, 2022, the newly appointed Provost of the College of Education, Prof. Samuel Nii Ardey Codjoe, had a meeting with the faculty members of the School of Information and Communication Studies. The objective of the meeting was to share his vision with the school. There were two sessions; a morning session with the Department of Information Studies and an afternoon session with the Department of Communication Studies.

The School of Information and Communication Studies organised a Grant Writing Workshop for its faculty members. It was a one day workshop which was facilitated by the Dean of the School of Information and Communication Studies, Professor Akosua Keseboa Darkwah with the assistance of the immediate past Dean, Professor Audrey S. Dr. Gilbert Tietaah, a senior lecturer at the Department of Communication Studies was the editor of an Elections Communication Guide developed by the MFWA to promote issues-based and decent campaigning ahead of the 2020 elections in Ghana.

SICS Participates in 2020 Media And Information Literacy Week

The School of Information and Communication Studies, participated in the launch of the 2020 Global Media and Information Literacy Week Celebration in Ghana.
